Calling community minded organisations and individuals to support Marine Rescue Port Stephens provide life saving services through our sponsorship program. Keeping MRPS afloat and available 24/7 is a costly business.

Vital and visible Community Service
As volunteer Emergency Services first-responder, Marine Rescue Port Stephens (MRPS) has a high presence on the Port Stephens waterways. Our mission is “Saving lives on the water”. We have a commendable assist and life-saving record. By sponsoring MRPS, (a charitable organisation), Sponsors have a unique opportunity to align themselves with our community branding and mission.
Sponsorship opportunities range from tax deductible donations* of $3,000 to $50,000.
*Organisations should obtain their own tax advice
Funding
MRPS’s annual budget is circa $200,000 p.a.. While we have government support and receive generous donations, our annual shortfall is circa $170,000 p.a.. By becoming a Supporter, you can help us bridge this gap.

Only two of these are available as each partner will exclusively sponsor one of our two Rescue Vessels.

Signage at the Dock which is highly visible to all who walk along the Nelson Bay break wall.
Recognition of your partnership on PSFM live cross twice per week.
